My name is James Monk and I am a qualified Personal Trainer. I have created Eastbourne Personal Training to bring you the very best physical fitness and training services. I am able to provide a wide range of fitness and nutritional services via personal training sessions and programmes in the Eastbourne area. Therefore, if you are serious about changing your lifestyle and the way you look and feel, then I can help you produce some real results.

One to One Personal Training

I provide personal training for both males and females within the Eastbourne area for those looking to lose or gain weight, increase strength, improve physical fitness, flexibility, and improve overall condition.

Fitness Assessments
